General Terms and Conditions

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the hotel;
• The quoted rates are per room, per day, including Italian VAT
• rates do not include tourist tax (€1.50 per person, per day);
• No compensation shall be paid for departures prior to the scheduled date, or for any meals not consumed.
• small pets are allowed upon request, with an additional charge of €13.00 daily. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant hall, breakfast room and spa;
• Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the wellness center, even if accompanied.
• bathrobe supplement €5.00

Your room will be available from 2pm.

Your room should be vacated by 10am (option for late check-out available on request, charge applies).

• Children aged 6 and under stay for free (with two paying adults staying in the same room);
• Children aged 12 and under stay in an additional bed for 50% of the full rate (with two paying adults staying in the same room);
• All people aged 12 and up stay in an additional bed with a 30% discount off the full rate (with two paying adults staying in the same room).
• cribs are available free of charge upon request and confirmation by the hotel.

Cash, ATM, Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Checks are not accepted.

Full payment of the reservation is required at the check-in.

Credit card as guarantee if reservation is made by phone, email or fax.
For stays purchased on our website, the conditions in the confirmation apply. Bank transfer 30 % but not refundable.

Changes or cancellations made up to 3 days before arrival are free of charge.
Changes or cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival will require payment of the entire reserved stay, unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Meals not consumed will not be refunded.
